Bellevue Estate (2 BR)

Bellevue Estate is a private luxury retreat perched high above the harbor with breathtaking panoramic ocean views — offering the rare combination of complete seclusion just moments from the heart of St. Thomas. Located only one minute from downtown yet tucked behind a gated, 450-foot mahogany-lined driveway, the estate feels worlds away from everything while remaining incredibly convenient to beaches, restaurants, shopping, marinas, and nightlife.
Designed in an elegant British Colonial style and curated with signature Restoration Hardware interiors, Bellevue Estate blends timeless Caribbean sophistication with relaxed island living. Expansive indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly together, creating an atmosphere ideal for romantic escapes, couples’ vacations, small family getaways, or peaceful extended stays.
This exclusive two-bedroom main house version of the estate comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across two beautifully appointed king suites, each featuring ensuite baths, refined furnishings, and stunning ocean views. Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy, the home offers an elevated yet welcoming Caribbean experience throughout.
At the center of the estate is a spectacular open-air pavilion with sweeping 270-degree views overlooking the harbor and surrounding hillsides. Complete with a full bar, multiple lounge areas, and an outdoor dining space, the pavilion is the perfect setting for sunset cocktails, al fresco dinners, entertaining, or simply relaxing in the Caribbean breeze. Just steps away, the private pool and spa overlook the ocean and are complemented by an outdoor shower and multiple lounging areas designed for total relaxation.
Guests may also enjoy the estate’s private lighted tennis court with incredible ocean views — perfect for morning matches or evening play under the stars. A nearby gazebo with a pool table offers yet another inviting space to unwind and enjoy the tropical surroundings.
Bellevue Estate is also perfectly suited for executive retreats, wellness escapes, creative stays, or quiet work-from-paradise experiences. The peaceful setting, expansive outdoor living areas, and discreet location create a uniquely inspiring environment for guests seeking privacy, tranquility, and connection.
Thoughtfully powered in part by solar energy, the estate embraces sustainable luxury without compromising comfort or experience.
Private chefs, housekeeping services, in-villa staff, transportation coordination, and discreet security services may all be arranged upon request to create a fully tailored luxury villa experience.
